Soichi Furniture Exhibition

Soichi was founded in Yokohama in 2020 as a custom furniture manufacturer, and while they primarily produce wooden furniture, they are not limited by the boundaries of materials. The company name Soichi, made up of three lines in Japanese Kanji, embodies the philosophy of "bringing special charm to simple, universal shapes."

This exhibition, the second at amanai, will showcase Soichi new pieces of furniture. Beautiful pieces will be on display, including tables that boldly combine different materials, stackable low tables, full-length mirrors, and single-seater sofas. You can also see the Kofu Chair, which is a permanent fixture at amanai.

Additionally, to coincide with this exhibition, we will also have items created in collaboration between Soichi and amanai. These products explore the relationship between furniture and tools, and attempt to create a new kind of "margin" that has never been seen before. We hope you look forward to seeing the product.
