Return and Exchange

If you receive a defective product, or if there is a discrepancy between the content of your order and the content of the delivery, please contact us within 5 days after arrival. We will guide you on how to return it. We will cover the shipping and handling charges and provide a replacement as soon as possible. If there is no replacement item, such as a missing item or a one-of-a-kind item, we will refund your money.

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. You must return the target product and accessories to our store within 7 days after arrival. In the case of cancellation due to customer convenience, please bear the shipping fee to our store. As soon as we have confirmed the returned item, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping, etc., to the customer from the price and refund it. If you continue to unfairly return the product, we may refuse to use it in the future.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned
We do not accept exchanges or returns in the following cases. Please note that the contents are photographed before shipping.

- More than 8 days after arrival

- Damaged during shipping

- Anything that shows signs of being used

- Items that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or smelled by the customer

- Items with folds, tears, stains, etc. attached to the product, such as packaging or tags. *Packaging materials are excluded.

- Large orders in anticipation of returns

- Bespoke product
