Sasara is a cleaning utensil made of bundled palm fibers. It can be used for washing dishes and utensils.
Craftsmen carefully select and use high-quality hemp palms from Aridagawa-cho, Wakayama Prefecture. The characteristic of hemp palm is that it is supple, has a strong stiffness, and has a unique softness. It is made into a fibrous form and finished with a technique called "Tsuzuri", in which the brass wire is wound from the beginning to the end.
Remove dirt by rubbing with the "face" of the fiber. Please use it for cleaning cooking utensils such as frying pans and tableware. Because the fiber is soft, it can also be used for cooking utensils coated with fluorine resin. Since the handle is long, you can remove the dirt while softening it with boiling water.
