Each wooden nib holder is made from a different tree, selected from over 140 different species of wood.
The dip pen barrel is handmade by artist Toshimasa Kawamura. Each one is carefully carved from a collection of rare wood that he has collected over many years from all over the world.
You can attach a nib (sold separately) to use it. The standard nib socket allows you to enjoy changing it with various pen tips.
They're easy to clean, and you can start writing whenever you want. While the dip pen is an old-fashioned tool, it may actually be a writing implement suited to the times to come. It's a lightweight writing tool that you'll want to continue using for 10 years and beyond.
