Seamless copper tea caddy. The surface is beautifully plated with tin.
The rounded shape is smooth and easy on the hands, so you don't feel it's metal. There are two lids, inner and outer.
Tin doesn't smell like metal rust, so it goes well with food. There is no anti-oxidation treatment on the whole, and by wiping it dry and taking care of it, it will change to a deep silver color.
The knob on the inner lid is made of brass. This is also not coated, so it gradually becomes darker and more textured.
Tea canisters have excellent airtightness and light-shielding properties, and as the name suggests, they are ideal for storing tea leaves and other fragrant foods. The large size can hold up to 200 grams each of sencha and coffee beans. It is also suitable for bulky items such as hojicha, and it may be good to put dry goods and sweets.
For those who enjoy making tea on a regular basis, it is a tool for daily use that is frequently used.
We take great care in storing our products, but due to the nature of our products, there are no products that are completely free from oxidation or flaws. Please note that we will only ship items that are safe for use.
