The magnetic closure is designed to fasten in alternating directions, accommodating both the shoulder bag and handbag shapes. The lining, chosen for its lightweight properties, is a fabric called "Bafu." Originally used to prevent horse saddles from slipping, it is a thin yet durable cloth. Of the four large pockets, two are zippered.

Caution
Because we use a tanning process that keeps the horse leather as close to its natural state as possible, you may see marks from the animal's life, and each piece will have a unique appearance. As you use it, the leather will naturally absorb oils and develop a richer sheen. Applying leather care products containing oils right from the start may cause stains, so we recommend waiting until the leather has broken in a bit before caring for it.

A horse leather product brand originating from Gonohe Town, Aomori Prefecture. Designer Tatsumi Iwai handles the entire process, from designing the products himself and sourcing hides from local horse meat shops, to having them tanned at domestic tanneries and turning them into finished goods.
