全球運輸
我們透過 EMS（特快專遞服務）從日本向世界各地出貨。該服務僅在某些地區提供，但由於快遞限制，我們可能無法運送到某些國家。

運送通常需要從發貨之日起 5-10 天。運費因國家/地區而異，將根據您的地址和包裹的總重量在結帳時顯示。日本郵政頁面各地區的運費如下。

We cannot take responsibility for any shipping delays due to customs clearance, payment transaction delays, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when the package arrives at the destination country. Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. The payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of recipient.

We are unable to indicate a lower price for the value of orders listed on the commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations. 

The shipper will leave a notice if nobody is available to sign for your package. The shipping agent will hold your package for a few days only.  If you do not claim it, it will be returned to us, marked unclaimed. You will be required to pay for shipping twice to have your order sent a 2nd time. 

Each order is shipped separately. If you place multiple orders, we will not be able to ship them together.

 

Shipping within Japan
We ship Japan via Sagawa Express or Japan Post in Japan. After the order is confirmed, it will be delivered by the next business day.

Free shipping for purchases over 25,000 yen (tax included). Some products are not applicable due to special shapes and materials. Applicable products are listed on each page.

Small items that can be delivered by Click Post (Japan Post service) are uniformly 250 yen.
